CAREFLEX RWFUND POLICY

Please be informed that any local pick-up orders not collected within 3 business days from the date of the 'order ready notification' will be automatically cancelled. Upon cancellation, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition you received it
• It must be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

To start a return, please contact us at contact@careflex.ca. If your return is accepted:

• We will provide a return shipping label
• You'll receive instructions on how and where to send the package
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to:

• Return the original item (if eligible)
• Once accepted, place a new order separately

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Please note: Refund processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider
